Ki-nodes Studio is committed to protecting player privacy. Our games are designed to operate without collecting personal data.

Our games do not collect, store, or process personal data or identifiable information from players during normal gameplay.  

If you choose to submit a bug report or feedback, you may voluntarily provide information such as diagnostic data or an email address for follow-up. Providing such information is entirely optional.

2. Third-Party Services  

Our games do not include built-in analytics, advertising, or tracking systems.  

However, if you access our games through third-party platforms such as Steam, Epic Games Store, or similar services, those platforms may collect data in accordance with their own privacy policies. Users agree to those terms separately when using such platforms.

3. External Links & Services  

Our games may include links to external websites or platforms, such as social media pages or store listings. These services operate independently and may collect data according to their own privacy policies.

4. Feedback & Bug Reports  

Feedback or bug reports submitted via Microsoft Forms are processed through Microsoft’s services. Ki-nodes Studio does not require personal information in these submissions, and any information provided is done voluntarily.

Feedback and bug report submissions may be retained for a reasonable period for the purpose of improving our games. These submissions are not linked to personally identifiable information unless explicitly provided by the user.  

We do not retain personal data longer than necessary for these purposes.

Our games are intended for a general audience and may be accessible to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.  

If we become aware that personal data has been provided by a child without appropriate consent, we will delete such information promptly.
